Z-scheme heterojunction photocatalytic nanomaterial designs have attracted attention due to their high catalytic performance. Deep eutectic solvents (DESs) have been used as green, sustainable media, acting as solvents and structure inducers in the synthesis of nanomaterials. In this work, a novel visible-light-absorption-enhanced bismuth vanadate/bismuth oxychloride/sulfur, nitrogen co-doped graphene quantum dot (BiVO/BiOCl/S,N-GQDS) heterojunction photocatalyst was prepared in a deep eutectic solvent.

Recently developed numerical simulation technique can simulate the coupled seismic and electromagnetic signals for a double couple point source or a finite fault planar source. Besides the source effect, the simulation results showed that both medium structure and medium property could affect the coupled seismic and electromagnetic signals. The waveform of coupled signals for a layered structure is more complicated than that for a simple uniform structure.

The mechanism of biological actions of quercetin was studied by using metabolomic method and biomolecular network. HPLC-MS was used to analyze the serum metabolome in rats of blank group and quercetin administration group rats, and MS data were processed by MATLAB software. With multivariate statistical analysis of serum metabolite profiles, a clear separation among blank group and quercetin administration group was achieved, potential biomarkers were selected according to the parameters of variable importance in the projection (VIP) and identified according to MS information and database retrieval.
