In addressing the challenges posed by extended fermentation cycles and high-salt conditions in high-salt liquid-state fermentation soy sauce (HLFSS) production, a high-throughput screening method was devised to identify thermally stable l-glutaminase mutants. This study yielded mutants A146D and A51D, exhibiting enhanced thermal stability. Computer-aided analysis revealed that these mutations introduced additional forces, compacting the protein structure and lowering the Gibbs free energy, thereby improving thermostability.

Existing global adversarial attacks are not applicable to real-time optical remote sensing object detectors based on the YOLO series of deep neural networks, which makes it difficult to improve the adversarial robustness of single-stage detectors. Prior research establishing that bone interacts in coordination with the bone marrow microenvironment (BMME) to regulate hematopoietic homeostasis was largely based on analyses of individual bone-associated cell populations. Recent advances in intravital imaging has suggested that the expansion of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and acute myeloid leukemia cells is restricted to bone marrow microdomains during a distinct stage of bone remodeling. These findings indicate that dynamic bone remodeling likely imposes additional heterogeneity within the BMME to yield differential clonal responses.
