Gratitude expressions have received growing attention from scholars, with research emphasizing its many positive effects on expressers, recipients, and witnesses. Although our knowledge of gratitude expressions' benefits is accumulating, our understanding of its limits is less developed. In this article, we ask when employees' expressions of gratitude toward their leaders positively influence witnesses' perceptions of them, and when they do not.

In this work, a green synthesis scheme is proposed in which the defective UiO-66 (d-UiO-66) is fabricated via a solvent-free routine by using PET plastics waster as raw materials for lomefloxacin (LOM) removal. In comparison with defect-free UiO-66, the created defect imparts d-UiO-66 with higher porosity and abundant defective Zr sites, which are beneficial to boost LOM adsorption.

The roles of methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3), a core catalytic subunit, in various cancers remain unclear. The expression levels of METTL3 in pan-cancer were profiled and their prognostic values were examined.

However, research focusing on the roles of the circRNAs in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is limited. This research aimed to explore the expressions of hsa_circ_0036722 in LSCCs and its diagnostic significance.
