[Conservative treatment of acute diverticulitis].

Scientific evidence concerning the treatment of acute diverticulitis is scarce. We describe 2 patients with this condition in this article. The first, a 64-year-old man, came to the emergency room because he had experienced persistent abdominal pain for the previous 4 days.
