Background: The current workforce demands that nursing graduates possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform in complex clinical and professional environments. Career guidance can potentially improve students' job readiness by increasing their confidence in career pursuits, simplifying career decisions, and helping them address decision-making challenges.
Methods: This phenomenological study aimed to explore nursing students and interns' perspectives on the effectiveness of the Career Guidance and Counseling Program (CGCP) and its impact on their readiness for the job market through their lived experiences while participating in the program.
Background: Academic nurse educators play a crucial role in the educational environment, but the demands of their profession can lead to workaholism, which could result in an imbalance between work and personal life.
Purpose: The study aimed to explore workaholism and life balance among academic nursing educators, as well as investigate the factors associated with workaholism.
Methods: A mixed-methods design based on the "concurrent triangulation" approach was employed.
Background: Organizational justice is pivotal in fostering a fair and supportive workplace culture, which strengthens the connections between managers and nurses, among nurses themselves, and ultimately, between nurses and their patients. Assessing the perceived levels of organizational justice and managerial behaviors can identify key areas for improving nurses' commitment and loyalty, while simultaneously reducing incidents of workplace bullying.
Purpose: This study aims to investigate how bedside nurses perceive organizational justice, nurse managers' caring behaviors, and their exposure to workplace bullying.
Introduction: As clinical placement in bachelor's nursing programs becomes increasingly difficult, simulation is becoming increasingly common to enhance learning. Blended learning incorporating simulation videos provides students with the opportunity to observe and learn from exemplary practices while bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and its practical application. This study aimed to investigate the effect of simulation training on enhancing nursing students' perception of integrating patient's families' assessments into their treatment plan.
