A pancreatic pseudocyst is a localised collection of pancreatic secretions that lacks a true epithelial lining and is walled off by granulation tissue. A rare case of pancreatic pseudocyst formation due to non-traumatic pancreatitis in a 3-year-old boy is described. The child was presented with fever, abdominal pain and vomiting for a period of 5 days.

Holoprosencephaly is a rare spectrum of cerebral and facial malformations resulting from incomplete division of the embryonic forebrain (prosencephalon) into distinct lateral cerebral hemisphere. Holoprosencephaly spectrum in the fetus is often associated with other anomalies, particularly of the face and extremities. Here we present three different cases of patients with holoprosencephaly who failed to attain routine sonography during 11-20 weeks owing to some unavoidable circumstances.

Heterotopic pregnancy is the simultaneous occurrence of intrauterine and extrauterine pregnancies. A 27-year-old third gravida with history of two ectopic pregnancies, presented with cramping pain in pelvis radiating to left side and bleeding from vagina. Ultrasonographic diagnosis of heterotopic pregnancy was put forward.
