Background: Inflammation of the optic nerve associated with central retinal vein occlusion is a well-documented disorder known as papillophlebitis, which occurs in young adults.
Purpose: To report two cases of serpiginous choroidopathy complicated by retinal vein occlusion in association with papillitis.
Methods: Two patients with serpiginous choroidopathy were examined during their acute and follow-up periods.
