Transient cortical blindness (TCB) is an uncommon complication following coronary angiography. This report describes a case of TCB after coronary angiography in a patient admitted for acute myocardial infarction. The patient's vision recovered completely within 16 h, and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging performed 2 months later revealed no significant abnormalities.
