Introduction: The motility of spermatozoa results from formation of chemical energy and its transformation into mechanical energy. The quality of spermatozoa is determined primarily by their ability to move. Spermatozoa viability depends on two factors: generation of an adequate supply of ATP and effective use of ATP stores.

Material And Methods: This study presents a simple method for removing an excess of fluorides from water down to levels considered not harmful by using animal bone as a sorbent.
The aim of this study was to assess the fluoride content in hair and hoofs of wild boars and deer from Western Pomerania (Poland). Fluoride content was determined with the Orion 96-09 fluoroselective electrode. The highest content of fluoride (13.

Therefore, an analysis was performed for the determination of fluoride content in mandibles and teeth of deer living at large in different areas in Western Pomerania (Poland). Samples of hard tissues obtained with a dental drill, were dissolved in perchloric acid and analyzed for fluoride content with an ion-selective electrode.
