Implementing National Guidelines in Real Life: The Peterborough Neurodevelopmental Service (NDS).

National documents over the last few years have highlighted the mental health needs of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Results showed the poor levels of provision for this vulnerable high-risk group. The National Service Framework (NSF) for children, (DoH, 2004), set out 9 standards for care and service development.
