Minimum environmental enrichment is effective in activating antitumor immunity to transplanted tumor cells in mice.

Studies of environmental enrichment are progressing in the fields of nervous system, stress and exercise. Recently, housing in enriched environment have shown to influence to carcinogenesis and life span. However, the study for antitumor effect of environmental enrichment are difficult to reproduce due to the complexity of the experimental technique.
