Detailed understanding of the energy-level structure of the quantum states as well as of the rovibronic spectra of the ethylidyne (CH) and the hydroxyl (OH) radicals is mandatory for a multitude of modelling efforts within multiple chemical, combustion, astrophysical, and atmospheric environments. Accurate empirical rovibronic energy levels, with associated uncertainties, are reported for the low-lying doublet electronic states of CH and OH, using the Measured Active Rotational-Vibrational Energy Levels (MARVEL) algorithm. For CH, a total of 1521 empirical energy levels are determined in the primary spectroscopic network (SN) of the radical, corresponding to the following seven electronic states: X Π, A Δ, B Σ, C Σ, D Π, E Σ, and F Σ.

To maximize the effect of an exercise intervention, the program must be individualized and in context for the athlete considering biopsychosocial aspects of care. Current models of exercise prescription may not be ideal considering that less than 50% of injured athletes return to their pre-injury level.

It is based on the linearization of the governing rate equations and leads to a direct calculation for obtaining the profiles. The uncertainties of the measurement are incorporated into the problem through the utilization of Tikhonov regularization and the generalized least squares method.

In this work, we have investigated the role of hydrogen plasma treatment (HPT) to passivate the interfacial defects between crystalline (c-Si) and hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) in silicon heterojunction (SHJ) solar cells. For the first time, we have found a correlation between the dynamic properties of hydrogen plasma and passivation quality of the films by using in situ optical emission spectroscopy and quasi-steady state photoconductance measurement.

Atomic beam probe is an extension of the routinely used beam emission spectroscopy diagnostic for the plasma edge current fluctuation measurement at magnetically confined plasmas. Beam atoms ionized by the plasma are directed to a curved trajectory by the magnetic field and may be detected close to the wall of the device. The arrival location and current distribution of the ions carry information about the plasma current distribution, the density profile, and the electric potential in the plasma edge.

Diagnosing the density profile at the edge of high temperature fusion plasmas by an accelerated lithium beam is a known technique since decades. By knowledge of the relevant atomic physics rate coefficients, the plasma electron density profile can be calculated from the relatively calibrated light profile along the beam. Several additional possibilities have already been demonstrated: Charge Exchange Resonance Spectroscopy (CXRS) for ion temperature/flow and Zeeman polarimetry for edge plasma current; therefore the Li-beam diagnostic offers a wealth of information at the plasma edge.

Methods: 61 non-mentally retarded autism participants (AUT) and 61 age, gender, and IQ matched typically developing participants (CON) were assessed with two oculomotor executive function tasks, the oculomotor delayed response task (ODR) and the antisaccade task (AS), as well as a visually-guided saccade sensorimotor task (VGS).
The Internet houses tens of thousands of cancer-related websites, a growing number of which are devoted in some way to cancer clinical research. To date, little is known about the range, content, and general quality of these websites. This study selected the first 100 websites returned after searching the Internet for "cancer clinical trial" (CCT).

The endpoint of the study was congenital abnormalities in 46,326 infants born to mothers living in the 30 settlements of the study region within a 25 km radius of the acrylonitrile factory between 1980 and 1996. The ascertainment of cases with congenital abnormalities was based on the dataset of the Hungarian Congenital Abnormality Registry complemented with the review of pediatric, pathology and cytogenetic records.
