Water resource pollution by nitrate-nitrogen, mainly caused by anthropogenic causes, induces eutrophication of water resources, and indicates the degree of organic pollution. Therefore, this study devised a method for coating PFSA ionomer with excellent chemical resistance without disassembling the module to improve the removal rate of nitrate-nitrogen in water by using a cyclic coating method on a commercially available nanofiltration membrane (NF membrane) module. Nafion was prepared as a supercritical fluid dispersion using a high-temperature and high-pressure reactor, and the particle size and the degree of dispersion of the dispersion were analyzed by DLS.

Although carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have outstanding physical properties, there are still challenging issues such as poor dispersibility and miscibility between organic polymers and CNTs for polymer nanocomposites. Chemical modifications (e.g.

Among them, vertically aligned CNTs membranes with ultrahigh water flux have been successfully demonstrated for fundamental studies, but they lack scalability for bulk production and sufficiently high salt rejection. CNTs embedded in polymeric desalination membranes, i.

However, no attempts have been made to optimize the capsule distension, which might give a better clinical outcome. To set up a prerequisite technique for a maximal distension without rupturing the capsule, real-time pressure monitoring of IHD procedures was performed in 16 patients, which revealed triphasic pressure-volume profiles in 10 patients and biphasic in 6 patients.
