In the title three-dimensional tetrazolate-based coordination polymer, poly[bis(μ(3)-cyanido-κ(3)N:C:C)[μ(5)-5-(pyridin-4-yl)tetrazolato-κ(5)N:N':N'':N''':N'''']tricopper(I)], [Cu(3)(C(6)H(4)N(5))(CN)(2)](n), there are two types of coordinated Cu(I) atoms. One type exhibits a tetrahedral environment and the other, residing on a twofold axis, adopts a trigonal coordination environment. The closest Cu···Cu distance is only 2.

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C(6)H(5)N(5)·C(9)H(6)O(6), comprises a full mol-ecule each of neutral trimesic acid (tma) and zwitterionic 5-(pyridin-1-ium-3-yl)-5H-1,2,3,4-tetra-zol-5-ide (ptz). The components are linked into a two-dimensional layer by a combination of O-H⋯O, O-H⋯N, N-H⋯O and N-H⋯N hydrogen bonds parallel to the (10[Formula: see text]) plane. Layers comprising alternating rows of tma and ptz are linked into a three-dimensional network by C-H⋯O and π-π inter-actions between tma and tetra-zolate rings [centroid-centroid distance = 3.

In both structures, the phenoxide O atoms accept two N-H hydrogen bonds in a bifurcated acceptor fashion, which link the component ions by N-H..

The present investigation was focused on how to realize the attenuating compatibility of the electromagnetic defilade material in UV-Vis-Infrared band. Optical spectra of CNTs was investigated on the basis of analytical technologies such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, laser scattering, and electron microscopy. It was demonstrated that the multi-band attenuation characteristic of CNTs is effectively associated with additives, concentrations and configurations.

Data on lifestyle, diet and family history were collected from the 166 newly diagnosed EC patients on Nanao between 2003 and 2004, from their 1450 first degree relatives and from controls on Nanao and Shanwei. Univariate and logistic regression analysis, family aggregation patterns, standardized incidence ratio (SIR), segregation ratio and heritability index were evaluated.

The data on all malignant tumor cases from Nanao Cancer Registry during 1995-2004 were coded, computerized, and analyzed using the software SPSS10.0.

This paper aims to develop a data-based Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQFFQ) covering both urban and rural areas in the Chaoshan region of Guangdong Province, China, for the investigation of relationships between food intake and lifestyle-related diseases among middle-aged Chinese. We recruited 417 subjects from the general population and performed an assessment of the diet, using a 3-day weighed dietary record survey. We employed contribution analysis (CA) and multiple regression analysis (MRA) to select food items covering up to a 90% contribution and a 0.
