Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are promising as novel disinfectants due to the reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced in their photocatalytic processes. The optimal MOF is screened as the best disinfectant, representing high-efficacy production of ROS under photocatalytic conditions. However, current methods to screen abundant MOFs for disinfectant application are generally semiquantitative or ex situ methods [such as electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) measurements], so achieving a strategy that can quantitatively screen an optimal MOF in situ and is reliable is demanded.

This research focuses on the impact of the digital economy on total factor carbon productivity. Based on the panel data of China's provinces from 2009 to 2019, this paper incorporates undesired output, namely carbon emissions, into the evaluation index system, and uses the SBM-ML index to measure regional total factor carbon productivity, and uses the RAGA-PP model to measure the digital economy development index, which includes three dimensions: digital infrastructure, digital industry development, and digital economic environment. Moreover, this paper incorporates the heterogeneous threshold of technological accumulation into the framework of the impact mechanism of total factor carbon productivity and builds a threshold model to examine the impact of the digital economy on total factor carbon productivity under different technological accumulation thresholds.

Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) is emerging as a non-invasive strategy to eradicate tumors, but its therapeutic efficacy is still not ideal. To achieve more effective SDT, water insoluble sonosensitizer meso-5, 10, 15, 20-tetra(4-hydroxylphenyl)porphyrin (THPP) is here esterified with succinic acid conjugated oxaliplatin prodrug (Oxa(IV)SA) and carboxyl group terminated PEG (PEG-COOH). The obtained covalent organic polymer (COP) of THPP-Oxa(IV)-PEG with good physiological stability, sonosensitization efficacy and glutathione (GSH) responsive oxalipatin responsive behaviors can induce effective immunogenic cancer cell death upon the ultrasound exposure.

We, herein, indicated for the first time the Rnase activities of LbCas12a on linear ssRNA above 11 bases, and hairpin RNA substrates. Meanwhile, the LbCas12a bound to ssDNA or ssRNA exhibited different cleavage efficiencies on various substrates, including short ssDNA, hairpin DNA, linear ssRNA and hairpin RNA.
