This study was designed to noninvasively evaluate the correlation between the presence and severity of spontaneous splenorenal shunt (SRS) or gastrorenal shunt (GRS) and 4D flow MRI-derived parameters.
Methods: This retrospective case-control study enrolled 70 patients who were diagnosed with hepatocirrhosis portal hypertension and admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.

Methods: One hundred and sixty-eight patients were enrolled to complete a set of questionnaires including Distress Thermometer (DT) and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Of these, 131 questionnaires were available for the final analysis.

Patients And Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of patients who received successful interventional recanalization treatment of anterior circulation tandem lesions from January 2019 to November 2023. The failure of early neurological improvement is defined as a decrease of less than 4 points in NIHSS score compared to preoperative score at 24 h after surgery.

This study aimed to develop and validate a combined model based on radiomics, pancreatic duct diameter, and body composition analysis for the prediction of CR-POPF in patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD).
Methods: Multivariable logistic regression was used to construct a combined model in conjunction with radiomics score (Rad-score), pancreatic duct diameter, and visceral fat area/total abdominal muscle area index (VFA/TAMAI).
Background: Integrating advanced machine-learning (ML) algorithms into clinical practice is challenging and requires interdisciplinary collaboration to develop transparent, interpretable, and ethically sound clinical decision support (CDS) tools. We aimed to design a ML-driven CDS tool to predict opioid overdose risk and gather feedback for its integration into the University of Florida Health (UFHealth) electronic health record (EHR) system.
Methods: We used user-centered design methods to integrate the ML algorithm into the EHR system.
