Multipactor, a vacuum discharge under microwave conditions triggered by secondary electron emission (SEE), plays a critical role in managing the power level of microwave devices. In this study, we developed a fluorocarbon-titanium composite film on aluminum by cosputtering polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and titanium via a controlled temperature and sputtering power ratio (RF power for PTFE to DC power for Ti) to suppress the SEE of Al. The evolution of microtopography and chemical composition of the composite film was evaluated.

Materials And Methods: We conducted a retrospective case-control study on PAS patients who underwent cesarean delivery with prophylactic REBOA at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2017 to December 2021. Prophylactic REBOA placement was determined by a prenatal ultrasound scoring system.
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing favourable clinical outcomes in idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) patients with venous sinus stenosis (VSS) who received stenting treatment.
Methods: In this prospective cohort study, we analyzed a total of 172 IIH patients with VSS treated with venous sinus stenting. Clinical outcomes were categorized as either "complete resolved" or "improved".
Background: Multiport robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (mRATS) has been comprehensively evaluated for its clinical efficacy in numerous studies. Nevertheless, the safety and feasibility of uniportal robotic lobectomy and lymphadenectomy require further validation.
Methods: The clinical data of 34 consecutive patients with lung cancer who underwent improved uniportal robotic-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (uRATS) at our hospital between November 2023 and June 2024 were reviewed retrospectively.

Introduction: Hypertension and dyslipidemia are major cardiovascular risk factors that often coexist. Hyperlipidemia is a crucial modifiable risk factor in preventing cardiovascular disease.
Aim: We aimed to explore the relationship between lipid levels and the grading of hypertension in a community-based adult population.
Transformation of epithelial to mesenchymal (EMT) is an important event in the process of tumor initiation, invasion and metastasis. Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are one kind of important markers in the field of liquid tumor biopsy, whose number and phenotype represent the occurrence and progression of tumors. Therefore, it is our interest to investigate the epithelial mesenchymal transition process occurring on the surface of CTCs.

However, research on the long-term correlation between the two in highly urbanized areas remains limited. This study aims to fill this research gap by investigating the correlation and changes between urban expansion-induced LST rise and the cooling effect of BGS in the Hangzhou metropolitan area from 2000 to 2020.

This study aimed to assess the toxicity intensity and profiles of different EGFR-TKIs in NSCLC patients with -mutation.
Methods: This random-effect Bayesian framed network meta-analysis (NMA) only included exclusively randomized clinical trials with demonstrated evidence on safety of EGFR-TKIs in NSCLC patients with EGFR-mutation.
In this study, the effects of fermentation pH and redox potential on the performance of the lactate platform were comprehensively evaluated. The results indicated that the type of acidogenic fermentation was influenced by redox potential, while pH was correlated with volatile fatty acid yield. The highest propionate yield was achieved under anaerobic conditions at a pH of9, with the dominant genus Serpentinicella producing propionate through the acrylate pathway.

This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of the CFD simulation model in predicting post-operative velocity, flow and pressure distal to a stenosis, based on cerebrovascular microcirculatory resistance.
Methods: The patient-specific models of the extracranial and intracranial arteries were reconstructed.
Background: The incidence of androgenetic alopecia in males is on the rise annually, with hair transplantation using follicular unit extraction (FUE) gaining increasing acceptance as an appropriate treatment for these individuals.
Methods: A retrospective study was undertaken, involving 158 male patients diagnosed with androgenetic alopecia, who underwent treatment between January 2016 and December 2020 at the Medical Cosmetology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University. Demographic data and treatment characteristics were documented and analyzed.
Imaging mass cytometry (IMC) permits high-dimensional single-cell spatial proteomics by harnessing mass tags to replace conventional fluorescence tags. However, the current IMC technique commonly adopts metal-chelated polymer (MCP) tags, which are limited in sensitivity, multiplicity and data acquisition speed. Here, we demonstrate nanometal-organic framework (NMOF) tags, which could concurrently augment IMC's sensitivity, multiplicity, and acquisition speed.

In this study, a novel PAN@MoS/rGO-DGT was assembled by using the nanocomposite embedded in polyacrylonitrile membrane (PAN@MoS/rGO) as the binding phase. The interior regular finger-like macropore of the gel provided a convenient channel for the rapid mass diffusion of Hg(II), and the abundant sulfur offered the paramount driving force for trapping Hg(II).

Objectives: Hypofibrinogenaemia is a serious adverse reaction associated with tigecycline (TGC) therapy and may lead to the discontinuation of the treatment. This study aimed to explore the relevant factors of TGC-induced hypofibrinogenaemia and determine the thresholds of serum concentration as a predictive indicator of TGC-induced hypofibrinogenaemia.
Methods: A retrospective single-centre study was conducted on patients with severe infection who were treated with TGC.
The Chinese government has, in recent decades, implemented various administrative laws and regulatory policies to expedite cancer therapeutic development, boosting research and development pipelines for domestic pharmaceutical companies and clinical trials; however, China faces unique challenges given the high prevalence of certain cancer types and distinct disease burdens, some of which are frequently overlooked by international pharmaceutical companies. Given the substantial unmet need for China-specific cancer care, it is crucial to promote the development of innovative pharmaceutical and clinical research in China, with a particular emphasis on addressing tumors most prevalent in its population.

Yet how JMJD1C regulates the leukemic programs of various AML cells is largely unexplored. Here we show that JMJD1C interacts with the master hematopoietic transcription factor RUNX1, which thereby recruits JMJD1C to the genome to facilitate a RUNX1-driven transcriptional program that supports leukemic cell survival.

In this study, biomimetic hollow MnO nanocarriers camouflaged with tumor cell membranes (HMLC) are developed to encapsulate lidocaine, an innervation inhibitor, for effective antineoplastic therapy. This approach aims to suppress nerve fiber growth and induce intracellular redox imbalance.
