Nosocomial coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) had occurred at our hospital. We retrospectively analyzed the differences between patients with nosocomial COVID-19 and either hematological disease (n=40) or other diseases (n=57). The analysis was completed within 60 days for surviving patients.
