In this study, we report a unique case of aorto-bifemoral graft infection, which developed in a 47-year-old male patient after endovascular aortic aneurysmal repair (EVAR) and extra anatomic axillo-femoral bypass. The patient had previously been treated by EVAR for an infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm. Earlier, the EVAR was blocked by a thrombosis and treated with an extra-anatomic axillo femoral bypass, which then became occluded.

Materials And Methods: Patients with unilateral inguinal hernias were scheduled for either Lichtenstein or self-gripping polypropylene mesh repair. Patients were preoperatively evaluated with a visual analog scale (VAS) and a Turkish version ofthe Douleur Neuropathique 4 (DN4) questionnaire and the complaints related to pain were noted.
We performed a totally endoscopic resection of a left ventricular myxoma using the Heart Port Endoclamp System and conventional endoscopic instruments in a young male patient. It is a feasible and safe procedure with good clinical results and an excellent cosmetic outcome.

Patients And Methods: A total of 776 patients who underwent a laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedure in our Department of General Surgery between 1999 and 2004 were assigned as the study group. The control group included patients without trocar site hernias after a cholecystectomy.
Background: Voice changes following thyroidectomy is a rare form of morbidity not infrequently encountered. Injury to the recurrent laryngeal nerve or external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve is the most well-known cause of post-thyroidectomy voice disturbances. However, voice dysfunction is a more complex entity.
