Ovarian Sertoli-Leydig cell tumors (SLCT) are extremely rare malignant tumors deriving from the sex cord stroma. An abdominal mass and a virilization syndrome dominate the clinical symptoms. This particular tumor poses diagnostic and therapeutic problems.
