Obstructed Bochdalek hernia in an adult.

Congenital diaphragmatic hernia is a common neonatal anomaly. Presentation beyond childhood, however, is rare. We report, here, the case of a woman in her 50s who presented with an acutely obstructed posterolateral diaphragmatic hernia.
