Hospitals play a significant role in climate change due to their substantial waste production and they are considered a profound pollution source, with the Operating Theater as a main contributor. This study was aimed to examine the level of knowledge among healthcare professionals in Saudi Arabia concerning the proper implementation of operating room (OR) environmental procedures and efficient management of hospital waste.
