: The environmental enrichment (EE) framework has inspired several early intervention (EI) approaches. This study evaluated the feasibility, safety, caregiver acceptance, and satisfaction of implementing the HEP Approach intervention, a novel EI model based on the EE paradigm. Our objectives are to evaluate the clinic-radiological spectrum of pediatric patients with cytotoxic lesions of the corpus callosum (CC).
Methods: Children (0-18 years) admitted between February 2017 and May 2020 with splenial lesions showing diffusion restriction on MRI, either isolated or within involvement of other parts of the brain, were included retrospectively.

Background: Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a painful and disabling neurovascular condition. There is no consensus on the etiopathogenesis or the treatment. We present a patient with CRPS type 1 accompanied by a psychiatric disorder to discuss the relationship between CRPS and psychiatric disease and to emphasize the response of this case to treatment with pregabalin.
