[Nutcracker syndrome managed by simple surveillance].

Nutcracker syndrome is caused by compression of the left renal vein between the aorta and the superior mesenteric artery where it passes in the fork formed at the bifurcation of these arteries. The phenomenon results in left renal venous hypertension. The syndrome is manifested by left flank and abdominal pain, with or without unilateral haematuria.

[The nutcracker syndrome].

[Scrotal angiofibroblastoma].

Angiomyofibroblastoma of the scrotum is a rare and benign tumour which affect old patient. It's treatment is surgical. A case of angiomyofibroblastoma of the scrotum is reported in a 34 years old man.

[Retro-iliac ureter associated with ipsilateral megaureter].

Retro-iliac ureter is a rare congenital abnormality. The authors report a case of retro-iliac ureter associated with ipsilateral megaureter in a 38-year-old patient treated by section of the ureter at the ureterovesical junction, and dissection as far as the iliac pedicle and anterior repositioning of this pedicle, followed by ureterovesical reimplantation. Based on a review of the literature, this appears to be the first published case of this pathological association.

[Vesicosphincteric disorders and neurosyphilis].

Voiding disorders secondary to neurosyphilis have now become rare. The authors report a case of a patient with arthritis of the knee associated with dysuria and chronic urinary retention. Urethrocystography showed a large bladder with post-voiding residual urine.

[Solitary giant retroperitoneal neurofibroma].

Retroperitoneal nerve sheath tumors (RNST), which include benign and malignant schwannomas and neurofibromas, are rare. A 71-year-old woman was complaining of flank pain. Ultrasonography and computed tomography revealed a retroperitoneal tumor measuring 22 x 15.

[Bilateral malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphoma].

Non Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) of the testis in young patient are rare. Bilateral involvement varies from 5 to 20% of cases and has a negative prognosis. The authors report a case of bilateral non Hodgkin's lymphoma of the testis in a 35 year old man.

[Genital Buschke Loewenstein tumors. Report of 4 cases].

The authors present four cases of Buschke Loewenstein tumor. In three cases, the outcome was good despite areas of anaplasic change are seen in one of them. The outcome of the fourth patient was fatal because of multiples recurrences.

[Hydronephrosis arterial hypertension. Report of 4 cases].

Four cases of ureteropelvic junction syndrome associated with arterial hypertension were reported. The authors discuss the ethiopathogenic of hypertension, on the basis of these observations and a review of the literature. They conclude that union bilateral hydronephrosis can lead to hypertension and renal failure by both inappropriate production of renin and water chronic retention.

[Penile reconstruction following amputation by electrocution].

We report a case of penile reconstruction after traumatic loss of the penis in a 27-year old man who was electrocuted. Phalloplasty using the remaining stumps of the corpora cavernosa was performed. The functional and cosmetic aspects of the organ are good.

[Dermoid cyst of the testis].

The authors report a case of a 30-year-old patient presenting with a right testicular mass. The presumptive diagnosis was that of a malignant tumour. The definitive diagnosis, confirmed by histological examination of the orchidectomy specimen, was that of a dermoid cyst.
