Synovial hemangioma is a rare benign vascular malformation. We report a case of chronic swelling in the left knee of a 7-year-old boy. An intra-articular tumor of synovial origin could was detected after a magnetic resonance imaging scan.

Congenital infantile fibrosarcoma (CIFS) is a rare mesenchymal tumor that is primarily developed in the soft tissue of distal extremities and occasionally in unusual locations such as the lung and retroperitoneum. It occurs mainly in children below the age of 5 years. About 200 cases have been reported in the literature so far, very few of them in new-borns.

21 cases of Sprengel deformity in 19 patients were treated in Paediatric orthopaedic unit of Children's hospital of Rabat in 20 years. Only 6 patients (4 girls, 2 boys) were operated on. The ages of the patients at operation ranged from four to fifteen years (mean age: 10 years).
