Purpose: This study was conducted as a randomized controlled trial to examine the effect of toys made from medical materials on anxiety among hospitalized children.
Design And Methods: This study was conducted with pediatric patients aged 4-6 years who were hospitalized in the pediatrics department of a teaching and research hospital in the Southeastern Anatolia Region. The study was completed with 90 children, allocated to the toys made of medical materials group (45) and the control group (45).

Background: The study was conducted to investigate the relationship between pregnancy-related anxiety levels of primiparae living in an ethnic region and their readiness for postnatal hygienic care of newborns.
Method: The study conducted between February and May 2023 included 201 "18-40-year-old primiparae" who lived in an ethnic region and volunteered to participate in the study. The population of the study consisted of all pregnant women who presented to the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic, Pregnancy Outpatient Clinic of a city hospital.
