Introduction Invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) is the most common histological subtype of breast cancer. Conversely, many special types of breast carcinoma were described with varying prognosis and hormone receptor status. Mucinous carcinoma (MC) is a rare special subtype of breast cancer, and only a few studies have evaluated the clinicopathological and hormone receptor profile of this type of breast cancer.

The term invasive papillary carcinoma (IPC) is reserved for rare invasive breast tumors showing greater than 90% papillary morphology. The clinical, epidemiological and pathological characteristics of IPC are not widely described in the existing literature; therefore, in this study, we evaluated the clinicopathological features and biomarker profile of IPC and compared it with invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) diagnosed in the same study duration.

The study's objective was to examine whether subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) hospitalisations and ruptured aneurysm coiling interventions demonstrated similar declines.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional, retrospective, observational study across 6 continents, 37 countries and 140 comprehensive stroke centres.
Objective: To measure the global impact of COVID-19 pandemic on volumes of IV thrombolysis (IVT), IVT transfers, and stroke hospitalizations over 4 months at the height of the pandemic (March 1 to June 30, 2020) compared with 2 control 4-month periods.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional, observational, retrospective study across 6 continents, 70 countries, and 457 stroke centers. Diagnoses were identified by their ICD-10 codes or classifications in stroke databases.
Lipoblastomas and liposarcomas are rare causes of soft tissue masses in paediatric patients. In this retrospective clinical case series we identified 11 patients from our paediatric database (10 with a lipoblastoma and one with a liposarcoma) who had attended our hospital between 1998 and 2019. The median age of patients with lipoblastoma was 29 months.

The 2016 World Health Organization (WHO) update on hematopoietic tumors suggested that all DLBCL cases should be subtyped into germinal and non-germinal center phenotypes. Ki67 immunohistochemistry is a maker of cell proliferation and thus is used as a prognostic and predictive marker in various tumors of human body.

The World Health Organization (WHO) classification of hematopoietic tumors has recognized three morphological variants of DLBCL: centroblastic, immunoblastic, and anaplastic. Some studies have shown that the anaplastic variant of DLBCL is associated with aggressive clinicopathological features.

Many studies have implicated abnormal oxytocinergic system as a causative factor of behavioral dysregulation in BPD patients. The objective of this review is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the association of oxytocin with the pathogenesis of BPD and its possible role as a therapeutic agent.

The 2016 World Health Organization (WHO) update on hematopoietic tumors recognized a prognostic subgroup of DLBCL called double-expressor DLBCL. Double-expressor DLBCL is defined by the co-expression of c-MYC and BCL-2 by using immunohistochemical (IHC) studies.

We report a case of a 27-year-old male who presented to our unit in September 2017 with severe temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and progressive limitation opening his mouth. Based on clinical and imaging examinations, a well-defined soft tissue lesion was identified within the right infratemporal fossa, causing pressure on the TMJ and the surrounding structures.

Derived from X-ray diffraction studies, the molecular geometry and the concept of buried volume were employed to describe the structural and steric features of these silver complexes. Their stability and efficiency as catalysts have been demonstrated by the synthesis of 29 carboxylation products (72-98 % yield) at low catalyst loadings (0.

Alternatively, touch imprint cytology (TIC) is a simple and cost-effective technique to detect metastasis. Therefore, in this study, we assessed the diagnostic accuracy of TIC for detecting SLN metastasis and compared it with intraoperative frozen section evaluation.

In this context, we describe a dual catalytic cycle merging C-H alkynylation of phenols and oxy-alkynylation of the newly introduced triple bond by using a unique redox property and the carbophilic π acidity of gold. Mechanistic studies support the participation of a bimetallic gold-silver species.

Methodology A retrospective observational study was carried out through the non-probability convenient sampling technique at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for a duration of six months. Only those women were selected who had more than 24 weeks of gestation period.

Although a variety of catalytic methods have been disclosed for the generation of carbene species from different precursors, there is an increasing demand for the development of efficient and practical approaches for the in-situ formation of metal carbene intermediates with structural diversity and unrevealed reactivity. Herein we report a gold-catalyzed cascade protocol for the assembly of polycarbocyclic frameworks in high yields under mild reaction conditions.

Methods: This is a retrospective cohort study from 2004 to 2016, including women delivering term, singleton newborns, with first trimester height, weight and gestation dated by ultrasound and a last body weight measured within 4 weeks of birth. AGA newborns were those not classified as small for gestational age or large for gestational age by either INTERGROWTH-21st or Gestation Related Optimal Weight standards.
Introduction The two broad subcategories of neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) are well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (WDNETs) and poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinomas (PDNECs), based on tumor architecture and cytology. Grade 3 WDNETs are a subset of WDNETs that not only are high grade by mitotic activity or proliferative index but exhibit a well-differentiated histology. In this study, we evaluated the clinicopathological features of primary neuroendocrine tumors of the gastrointestinal (GI)/pancreatobiliary tract with emphasis on high-grade WDNETs, as it is a newly defined entity.
