In this study, we aimed to evaluate the effect of infertility duration and dominant follicle size measured on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) administration on pregnancy rates in infertile women undergoing ovulation induction (OI) with gonadotropin (GND). A total of 352 patients aged 20 to 41 years who were diagnosed with unexplained infertility or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) were included in this study. Patients with a history of multifollicular development or follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) value more than 12 IU/ml were excluded from the study.

Objective: The feasibility of a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa) trigger in normal responders is still a matter of debate. The aim of this study was to compare the number of mature oocytes, the number of good-quality embryos, and the live birth rate in normal responders triggered by GnRHa alone, GnRHa and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG; a dual trigger), and hCG alone.

Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted at the infertility clinic of a university hospital.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of oral nifedipine on Doppler indices of the uterine artery (UtA) and umbilical artery (UA) before and 24 hours, 48 hours, and 1 week after tocolytic treatment.

Methods: This was a prospective, self-controlled, cohort study of 65 pregnant women undergoing nifedipine tocolysis. Doppler assessment of the UtA and UA was performed before treatment and 24 hours, 48 hours, and 1 week after the initial 4 doses of 10 mg of oral nifedipine, administered at 20-minute intervals.
