(1) Background: The main objective of this research was to assess the clinical factors related to the condition of pediatric patients with congenital heart defects after they underwent intensive care unit surgery. The information was gathered from the Congenital Heart Disease Surgery Unit at the National Heart Foundation Hospital and Research Institute in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The sol-gel auto-combustion approach was used to create NiMZnFeO(M = Ni, Mg, and Co) nanoparticles. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS), and an inductance-capacitance-resistance (LCR) meter were used to analyse the samples' structural, elastic, and electrical properties. In all samples, the XRD patterns obtained indicated the formation of a monophasic cubic spinel structure with no identifiable impurity phase, which was supported by EDS investigations.

An improved and efficient method is presented in this paper to achieve a better trade-off between noise removal and edge preservation, thereby detecting the tumor region of MRI brain images automatically. Compass operator has been used in the fourth order Partial Differential Equation (PDE) based denoising technique to preserve the anatomically significant information at the edges. A new morphological technique is also introduced for stripping skull region from the brain images, which consequently leading to the process of detecting tumor accurately.
