Materials And Methods: Multi-institutional, retrospective case series (1990-2020) of constitutional PDC treated by deep chemical peeling.
Background: Actinic keratoses (AKs) are a common premalignant cutaneous neoplasm and can progress to squamous cell carcinoma. A variety of treatment options are available for field therapy of diffuse AKs.
Objective: This review systematically analyzes the use of chemical peels for treatment of AKs.
Background: Chemical peels are applied to the face and neck to improve rhytides and the photoaged appearance of the skin. Peels can be applied to different skin depths depending on the types of chemicals, the volume of solution, and the amount of pressure or friction applied. If a peel is applied too superficially, rhytides will not be removed.

The capability of the recently-developed quasi-coarse-grained dynamics (QCGD) method to model mesoscale behavior is demonstrated for the phenomenon of supersonic impact of 20 µm sized Al particles on to an Al substrate at various impact velocities and over time and length scales relevant to cold spray deposition. The QCGD simulations are able to model the kinetics related to heat generation and dissipation, and the pressure evolution and propagation, during single particle impact over the time and length scales that are important experimentally.

A novel bottom-up approach has been developed, which combines a biomimetic self-assembly method with a controllable freeze-casting technology. In this study, the mineralized collagen fibers were generated using a simple one-step co-precipitation method which involved collagen self-assembly and in situ apatite precipitation in a collagen-containing modified simulated body fluid (m-SBF).
