Introduction: The treatment of dental tissues before adhesive restorative procedures is an important step in the bonding protocol and determines the clinical success of restorations.

Aim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the influence of diode laser on the shear bond strength of one- and two-step self-etch (SE) adhesives to dentin when the laser is applied over the adhesives before photopolymerization.

Methodology: About 20 freshly extracted noncarious intact maxillary premolars were collected, and the buccal and lingual surfaces of the tooth were ground with the help of diamond disk under water coolant till dentin was exposed.

Background And Objectives: Condylar fractures can be treated with one of the two methods, including the conservative (closed reduction and immobilization) and/or surgical (open reduction and internal fixation) methods. Both these modalities of treatment have their indications and contraindications and merits and demerits. Fibromyxoma is a rare odontogenic tumour which is benign, but locally aggressive. The etiology of these tumours is unknown, but because of its limitation to the teeth bearing areas and occasional presence of odontogenic epithelial fragments within the tumour which suggest that it is of odontogenic origin. It is a slow growing painless tumour that frequently occurs in second and third decades of life.
