SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells have been extensively used as an in vitro model system in a diverse range of studies involving neurodevelopment, neurotoxicity, neurodegeneration, and neuronal ageing. Both naïve and differentiated phenotypes of SH-SY5Y cells are utilized to model human neurons under in vitro conditions. The process of differentiation causes extensive remodeling of neuronal cells at multiple omic levels, including the epigenome and proteome.

The following study proposes virtual screening, drug likeliness and ADME filtering of specific phytochemical based compounds retrieved from "TIP - A Database of Taiwan Indigenous Plants". The study further subjects the filtered phytochemicals for their molecular docking analysis and molecular dynamics simulation studies against the prominent receptor tyrosine kinases EGFR, VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 involved in angiogenesis phenomenon.

Therefore, in the current study we determined the prevalence of CMV infection in pregnant women and tried to identify the role of maternal CMV infection in adverse pregnancy outcomes in Northern India. In this case-control study, 517 pregnant women, out of them 200 in case group and 317 in the control group.

No significant change in plasma corticosterone levels and blood brain barrier (BBB) permeability was observed in rats subjected to IMS (one session of 15min/day), FSS (one session of 3min/day) for 28days or LCT treatment (3.0mg/kg body weight, p.

The inhibition patterns of the vascular endothelial cell differentiation and capillary tube formation mediated by anti-angiogenic growth factors from these test compounds were found quite comparable with the in silico results using angiogenic targets (EFGR, bFGF and VEGFR-1).
