Methods: A hospital-based prospective study was conducted among 30 children with fracture shaft of femur who underwent elastic stable intramedullary nailing (TENS) in the department of Orthopaedics in Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Medical College and Hospital, Salem. The study was conducted for a period of 2 years from January 2020 to December 2021.
Introduction: 180 °rotated and displaced fracture neck of radius with displacement is rare case in pediatric age as the cartilaginous head absorbs the force and transmits it to the weaker physis or metaphysis of the neck. These fractures characteristically produce an angular deformity of the head with the neck.
Case Report: This case report describes a rare case of 180° rotated and displaced fracture neck of radius with displacement.
