Promoting Faculty Education on Needs and Resources for Military-Active and Veteran Students.

Background: The numbers of post-9/11 service members transitioning out of the military are escalating. Our diverse nursing student population will increasingly include Veterans or those engaged in military service.

Method: This article describes an educational session directed at nurse faculty about the needs of these students.
