Background: The nursing field is the fourth most stressful occupation in the health sector. Emergency department nurses often face crises and unpredictable situations that can negatively affect their quality of life and the quality of care. Background: Cardiac arrest is one of the fatal medical emergencies which need to be treated immediately. Poor survival rates in the community settings are common because of limited and ineffective bystander basic life support (BLS).
