Under optical and electrical control, a multifunctional electro-optical dual-control color-changing and energy storage device not only realizes fast color conversion but also achieves good energy storage performance. In this work, Mo-doped WO (Mo-WO) films were prepared by a one-step hydrothermal method, among which the 2 at. % Mo-doped WO film has the best electrochromic and energy storage performance.

A cryogel solid amine adsorbent with a laminated structure has been prepared by crosslinking polyethylenimine (PEI) with ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (EGDE) at a low temperature via liquid nitrogen treatment and freeze-drying. The effects of cryogenic treatment on the morphology of the cryogels were investigated. The liquid nitrogen treatment and freeze drying were critical to create the layered structure.

FTIR, C NMR, SEM, EA and TGA were used to confirm the structure and chemical properties of the grafted fibers. Swelling ratio and CO adsorption-desorption experiment were investigated to verify the thermo-sensitivity of the grafted fibers and their CO adsorption-desorption behavior.

The shuffled frog leaping algorithm (SFLA) easily falls into local optimum when it solves multioptimum function optimization problem, which impacts the accuracy and convergence speed. Therefore this paper presents grouped SFLA for solving continuous optimization problems combined with the excellent characteristics of cloud model transformation between qualitative and quantitative research. Under the different pollution concentration and water content in the soil samples conditions, the relations between the resistivity, complex resistivity and complex permittivity of the chrome-contaminated soil and water content and the concentration of pollution were analyzed. When adding chrome pollution with different concentrations and water content, the experimental results show that the resistivity and complex resistivity of all the soil samples decreased with the pollution concentration and water content increased; but the phase of complex resistivity, which reflects the soil's capacitance, decreased below the 20 kHz and increase above the 20 kHz frequency.
