LC-MS/MS separation and quantitation of ribavirin in chicken and comparison of different mass spectrometric platforms.

A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed for the analysis of ribavirin in chicken. Samples was extracted with 0.1% formic acid and purified by Hypercarb cartridge prior to LC-MS/MS analysis.
