Objective: The purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to investigates whether transcranial direct current stimulation applied during physical training increases muscle strength in comparison with sham tDCS combined with physical training.

Methods: Randomized controlled trials of the effects of tDCS combined physical training intervention on muscle strength and cortical excitability were collected by searching Web of Science, Pubmed, EBSCO, CNKI. The retrieval date ends in April 2024.

This work aimed to study the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG) based on P wave detection algorithm for arrhythmia after hepatectomy in patients with primary liver cancer, and to compare the therapeutic effect of different doses of Betaloc. P wave detection algorithm was introduced for ECG automatic detection and analysis, which can be used for early diagnosis of arrhythmia. Sixty patients with arrhythmia after hepatectomy for primary liver cancer were selected as the research objects.

The present study was aimed to evaluate the expression profile of Zinc finger C3H1 domain-containing protein (ZFC3H1) using bioinformatic analysis of public datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas database (TCGA). The results showed that the expression levels of ZFC3H1 were notably lower than the corresponding non-cancerous tissues in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and patients in the high ZFC3H1-expression group showed poor survival. We hypothesized that the low expression of ZFC3H1 in tumor tissue might have be an inhibitory effect on the autoimmune system.

Pancreatic cancer (PC) is a highly malignant tumor type with a high early metastasis rate and no obvious symptoms. Gemcitabine is a first-line chemotherapeutic drug for PC. Since there is no distinct method to determine the efficacy of chemotherapy with gemcitabine in patients with PC, the purpose of the present study was to determine whether positivity for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in patients with advanced PC is associated with response to gemcitabine chemotherapy and to explore whether CTCs may be used as a predictor of prognosis of patients with advanced PC undergoing chemotherapy.

High-performance electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials with ultralow density, excellent flexibility, and good mechanical properties are highly desirable for aerospace and wearable electronics. Herein, honeycomb porous graphene (HPG) fabricated by laser scribing technology is reported for EMI shielding and wearable applications. Due to the honeycomb structure, the HPG exhibits an EMI shielding effectiveness (SE) up to 45 dB at a thickness of 48.

Pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) is a common and highly malignant tumor. The identification of prognostic biomarkers for PAAD could provide invaluable information for clinical treatment. AMP‑activated protein kinase family member 5 (ARK5) is a member of the AMPK family that mediates the migration of PAAD cells.
