Semiconductor lasers operating at the 730 nm peak wavelength have diverse applications, including biomedical diagnostics, agricultural lighting, and high-precision sensing. However, quantum well (QW) materials, commonly employed at this wavelength, often fail to simultaneously meet the dual requirements of lattice matching and bandgap alignment. In this study, GaAsP/AlGaInP large strain compensation QW with lattice mismatches of -7.

Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) are web-like chromatin structures that protrude from the membranes during neutrophil activation. Recent research has shown that NETs, which are at the forefront of the renewed interest in neutrophil studies, are increasingly intertwined with HCC.

This study aims to elucidate the impact of ER stress on prognosis and biological characteristics in PC patients. A bioinformatic analysis was conducted using RNA-seq data and clinicopathological information from PC patients in the TCGA and ICGC databases.

We place the samples into protected, exposed and control groups corresponding to a corrosive environment with silane protection, corrosive environment without protection and general environment for three different service conditions. A combination of ultrasonic velocimetry, CT (Computed Tomography) scan imaging, NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) pore structure analysis, strength testing and other methods are used to analyze the strength, ultrasonic wave velocity, pore structure and other characteristics of the specimens during sulfate erosion.

If the influence of the coarse aggregate in the concrete is not eliminated, the change amount of the concrete ultrasonic pulse velocity value is directly used to evaluate the damage degree of sulfate corrosion in the concrete, and the results are often inaccurate. This paper presents an evaluation method of corrosion damage for the sulfate-attacked concrete by CT, ultrasonic velocity testing and AHP methods.

To meet the needs of green vegetation growth, ecological recovery, landscape beautification and the economy, long-term monitoring research on high-slope micrometeorology has important practical significance. Because of that, we designed and created a new slope micrometeorological monitoring and predicting system (SMMPS).

Accurately predicting the concrete damage failure under sulfate erosion has been a challenging problem in the evaluation and maintenance of concrete structures. Here we design the dry-wet cycle test of service tunnel concrete under sulfate erosion and analyze the Elastic relative dynamic modulus (Erd) and mass under 35 times cycle periods.
