Cholestatic liver injuries, characterized by regional damage around the bile ductular region, lack curative therapies and cause considerable mortality. Here we generated a high-definition spatiotemporal atlas of gene expression during cholestatic injury and repair in mice by integrating spatial enhanced resolution omics sequencing and single-cell transcriptomics. Spatiotemporal analyses revealed a key role of cholangiocyte-driven signaling correlating with the periportal damage-repair response.

Background: We aimed to evaluate the diagnostic capabilities of Chinese laboratories for inherited metabolic disorders (IMDs) using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) on urine samples. In recent years, hydroacoustic transducers made of PZT/epoxy composites have been extensively employed in underwater detection, communication, and recognition for their high energy conversion efficiency. Despite the ease with which these transducers can be formed into complex shapes, their lack of mechanical flexibility limits their versatility across various sizes of underwater vehicles. This study introduces a novel flexible piezoelectric composite hydroacoustic transducer (FPCHT) based on a 1-3 PZT-5A/silicone rubber composite and an island-bridge flexible electrode, which can break the limitations of existing hydroacoustic transducers that do not have flexibility.

The unique metal-insulator transition of VO is very suitable for dynamic electromagnetic (EM) regulation materials due to its sharp change in electrical conductivity. In this study, we conducted a systematic assessment of the effectsof deoxynivalenol (DON) and T-2 mycotoxins (T-2) on the developmental processes and structural integrity of murine femurs, considering both the isolated and synergistic effects of these toxins. To this end, we divided 72 male mice into nine groups, each subjected to varying dosages of T-2, DON, or their combinations. Photocatalytic materials-microbial biohybrid systems pave the way for solar-driven wastewater nitrogen removal. In this study, interspecies cooperation in photogenerated electron transfer and efficient nitrogen removal mechanism in the g-CN-anammox consortia biohybrid system were first deciphered. The results indicated that the essential extracellular electron carriers (cytochrome c and flavin) for anammox genomes were provided by associated bacteria (BACT3 and CHLO2).
