Background: Nuclear receptor-binding SET domain 2 (NSD2) is a histone methyltransferase, that catalyzes dimethylation of lysine 36 of histone 3 (H3K36me2) and is associated with active transcription of a series of genes. NSD2 is overexpressed in multiple types of solid human tumors and has been proven to be related to unfavorable prognosis in several types of tumors.

Methods: We established a mouse model in which the NSD2 gene was conditionally knocked out in intestinal epithelial cells.

ASH2L and DPY30 are important for the assembly and catalytic activity of the complex associated with SET1 (COMPASS), which catalyzes histone methylation and regulates gene expression. However, the regulations among COMPASS components are not fully understood. Here, we leveraged a mouse model and cell lines to observe the outcome of Ash2l depletion and found a significant decrease in DPY30.

The employment effect of enterprises embedded in global value chains (GVCs) has important theoretical value, but existing research has ignored the impact of environmental costs on employment under the division of labor system within the value chain. By constructing a GVC-embedded index considering environmental costs, this study investigates the impact of Chinese industrial enterprises' embedding into GVCs on employment at both the theoretical and empirical levels. It is found that when the environmental cost is considered, the improvement of GVC embeddedness has a significant inhibiting effect on employment, especially for female laborers, lower-skilled laborers, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and enterprises in the eastern region of China.

Objective: To prepare the specific monoclonal antibody against the N-terminal specific epitope peptide of anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) and to identify its specificity.

Methods: Using bioinformatics analysis software to predict the specific peptide fragment of AMH. Then synthesized four antigenic epitope peptide segments of mature N-terminal region of AMH as the screening target antigen.

Political corruption is considered one of the major obstacles to achieving high-quality economic development in developed and developing countries. This study first calculates the ecological footprints of 29 provinces in China based on China's provincial panel data from 2006 to 2015. The provinces' ecological efficiencies were then calculated.
