Aberrant activation of signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT) signaling results in tumor pathogenesis and progression by regulating cell cycle, cell survival and immune response.

Methods: Therapeutic targets and prognostic biomarkers within the STAT family in GBM were explored using web applications and databases.
