Background And Aim: Some mosquitoes are competent vectors for Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) and Zika virus (ZIKV), which cause public health problems worldwide, especially in South-east Asia. Xenosurveillance of mosquitoes remains limited compared with other common mosquito-borne diseases.
