Introduction: Femoral venous access is routinely used for radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFA) procedures. Deep vein thrombosis (DVT), which is often sub-clinical, is uncommon following RFCA. Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) is a cost-effective way to diagnose DVT.
