Background: Autologous fat injection has been proposed as a potential alternative to traditional rhinoplasty. However, the technique has been criticized for its disappointing retention and the potential complications associated with underfilling.
Objective: To summarize data on patient satisfaction, retention, complications and reinjection to provide a reference for fat injection for rhinoplasty.
As a process of intracellular degradation and recycling of its own components, abnormal regulation of autophagy has been strongly associated with the development of multiple cancer types, including triple-negative breast cancer. The amino acid sequences of KIF23 and PRC1 proteins were analyzed by bioinformatics method, their three-dimensional structures were predicted, and their interactions with polysaccharides were studied by molecular docking technology. The localization and expression patterns of KIF23 and PRC1 in cells were studied by cell biology techniques.

This study aims to investigate AGRN gene expression in BC, as well as explore its influence on the tumor immune microenvironment. AGRN displayed a pronounced upregulation in BC tissues relative to paracancerous tissues.

Background: The five major RNA methylation modifications (m6A, m1A, m6Am, m5C, and m7G) exert biological roles in tumorigenicity and immune response, mediated mainly by "writer" enzymes. Here, the prognostic values of the "writer" enzymes and the TCP1 role in drug resistance in breast cancer (BC) were explored for further therapeutic strategies.
Methods: We comprehensively characterized clinical, molecular, and genetic features of subtypes by consensus clustering.
Background: Patients with operable breast cancer have a better prognosis for recovery. However, once distant organ metastasis occurs, the chance of a long-term survival or a cure is limited. The collection and counting of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) by reliable detection techniques are of increasing importance in the diagnosis of early metastasis and prognosis of disease progression.

Background: A safe and effective treatment for melasma, an acquired refractory pigmented skin disease, remains a problem, although numerous clinical trials have explored the possibility of combined therapy involving intense pulsed light. To date, little is known regarding the efficacy of this treatment. The current study, therefore, sought to explore the effectiveness of intense pulsed light.
