Methods: We conducted an integrated analysis of the genome-wide landscape of CNV and exome-wide rare variation associations with RA in the UK Biobank. Herein, a shape change-free and lithium-free anode that well controls the reversible Li plating-stripping is reported, which is composed of a highly-ordered hollow ZnO matrix with a surface-coated lithium-phosphorus-oxynitride (LiPON) layer. The ZnO matrix supplies sufficient cavities and lithiophilic sites to facilitate uniform Li plating/stripping within the hollow cavity, while the LiPON layer maintains stable solid-electrolyte interphase from mechanical and electrochemical damage.

Background And Aim: Vibrio parahaemolyticus a gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium with salinophilic properties is found mainly in rivers, oceans, and coastal environments. With the expanding scale of aquaculture in coastal regions of China, the contamination of seafoods with Vibrio parahaemolyticus is becoming a significant cause of food poisoning with symptoms including gastroenteritis, wound infection and sepsis. Methods: This study included 101 left eyes of 101 patients who underwent SMILE. Patients were grouped according to astigmatism types (with-the-rule [WTR], against-the-rule [ATR] and oblique astigmatism) and decentered displacement (major axis > minor axis and major axis < minor axis).
The study aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of simultaneous integrated dose reduction intensity-modulated radiotherapy (SIR-IMRT) in patients with locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (LA-NSCLC). In the SIR-IMRT conhort, the prescribed irradiation dose was 60 Gray (Gy) for the planning gross tumor volume (PGTV) and 54 Gy for the planning target volume (PTV), while in the conventional intensity-modulated radiotherapy (C-IMRT) cohort, it was 60 Gy for both PGTV and PTV. The SIR-IMRT group demonstrated better overall survival (OS) than the C-IMRT group, with a median OS of 37.

Genetic factors, and biological and chemical insults from the surrounding environment altered regulate epithelial homeostasis through disruption of epithelial tight junction proteins or dilated intercellular spaces. Recent studies suggest that epithelial barrier dysfunction contributes to pathologic alteration in diseases with type 2 immune dysregulation including (but not limited to) atopic dermatitis, prurigo nodularis, asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, and eosinophilic esophagitis.
