Peptide aptamer-paclitaxel conjugates present a promising alternative by covalently attaching paclitaxel to a versatile peptide aptamer via a linker. Compared to antibody-paclitaxel conjugates, peptide aptamer-paclitaxel conjugates offer several advantages, including a smaller size, lower immunogenicity, improved tissue penetration, and easier engineering.

Depression is a common psychiatric disorder, and monoamine-based antidepressants as first-line therapy remain ineffective in some patients. The synergistic modulation of neuroinflammation and neuroplasticity could be a major strategy for treating depression. In this study, an inflammation-targeted microglial biomimetic system, PDA-Mem@M, is reported for treating depression.

However, these in vitro synthesis processes often operate like a "black box" with limited monitoring of each reaction step, leading to a low substrate conversion efficiency. In this study, we present an intelligent multi-enzyme molecular machine(iMEMM) as a model system for achieving the deracemization of D, L-phosphinothricin (D, L-PPT).

Herein, we synthesized silica-coated NaYF:Yb@NaGdF:Tm@NaYF:Tb upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) and CsPbI perovskites quantum dots (PeQDs) nanocomposites by the slow hydrolysis of (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane. The energy transfer (ET) of Gd→Tb accelerates the five-photon upconversion process of Yb-Tm and the design of the core@shell@shell layer effectively mitigates the energy jumps between Gd ions.

The deterioration of the capacitive performance of polymer dielectrics at high electric fields and elevated temperatures is attributable to the exponentially increased conduction loss. Herein, a synergistic strategy of molecular trap and aggregation structure optimization is developed to suppress the conduction loss of polymer dielectrics.

Here, a simple composition of (BiNa)SrTiO in the ergodic relaxor state is collaboratively designed through the segregated domain structure with the ferroelectric core, local polarization heterogeneity, and defect engineering. The ferroelectric core can act as a seed to facilitate the field-induced nonpolar-to-polar transition.
