Histidine kinases (HKs) are important sensor proteins in fungi and play an essential role in environmental adaptation. However, the mechanisms by which fungi sense and respond to fungivores attack via HKs are not fully understood. In this study, we utilized Neurospora crassa to investigate the involvement of HKs in responding to fungivores attack.

Although these alterations have been well documented in various forms of SUD, the electrophysiological mechanisms specific to opioid use disorder (OUD) remain underexplored. Understanding these mechanisms is critical for developing targeted interventions and advancing theories of addiction specific to opioid use.

Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. The structures were elucidated as cyclomorusin (1), 3-O-[(6-O-E-sinapoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), 3,5,4'-trihydroxy-6,7,3'-trimethoxyflavone (3), quercetin (4), tricin (5), acacetin (6), luteolin (7), apigenin (8), (E) -suberenol (9), meranzin hydrate (10), methyl eugenol (11), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid (12), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (13), methyl chlorogenate (14), emodin (15), alpha-amyrin acetate (16), and beta-sitosterol emodin (17), respectively.

Objective: To observe the effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal (AM) fungi on terpenoids in Isodon adenantha.
Methods: Three different treated plant groups were divided as followings: indoor inoculation with AM fungi, non-inoculation with AM fungi, and outdoor natural growth, the effects of AM fungi on the major terpenoids in Isodon adenantha were evaluated.
Results: AM fungi had little influence on the content of terpenoids in underground part of Isodon adenantha, but they showed great impact on the content of terpenoids in the aerial part of the plant.
