Statement Of Problem: Adhesives play an essential role in restorative dentistry, and Universal Bond Quick (UBQ) has been marketed as having a short application time and long-term resistance to hydrolysis. However, research on its biocompatibility is lacking.
Purpose: The purpose of this in vitro study was to compare the biocompatibility of 3 recently introduced universal dental adhesives: UBQ, Single Bond Universal (SBU), and Prime&Bond Universal (PBU), and the popular clinical dental adhesive SE Bond.

Methods: Hyperpolarized Xe dynamic MR spectroscopy was performed on 10 anemia model rats and 10 control rats. A concise model based on hyperpolarized Xe MR signal oscillations was built for calculating pulmonary Hct.

Albino tea cultivars with distinct leaf colors have rarely been used to explore the metabolic mechanism of leaf color formation. Carotenoids and chlorophyll are primary pigments affecting leaf color with differential metabolic mechanisms in albino tea resources. TEM analysis showed that in albino stage, much less chloroplasts with abnormal structure were observed in white and yellow tea leaves, which corresponded to the significant reduction of total chlorophyll, Chl a and Chl b, and increase of Chl a/b, resulting in tea leaves to lose their green color.

A total of 15,261 expressed genes were identified in the nine samples, with 13,959 coexpressed genes and 533 differential expressed genes (DEGs), G18_SF vs F24_SF 133 DEGs, G18_SF vs G24_SF 469 DEGs, F24_SF vs G24_SF 5 DEGs.
