Background: Adolescent obesity can lead to long-term health problems and is a topic of major concern in pediatric and broader medical and public health spheres. Numerous national and state-wide initiatives aimed at increasing physical activity and/or improving nutrition in this age group have assumed the goal of reducing the prevalence adolescent obesity.
Objectives: We assess trends in U.
Antiferromagnetic insulators have recently been proved to support spin current efficiently. Here, we report the dampinglike spin-orbit torque (SOT) in Pt/NiO/CoFeB has a strong temperature dependence and reverses the sign below certain temperatures, which is different from the slight variation with temperature in the Pt/CoFeB bilayer. The negative dampinglike SOT at low temperatures is proposed to be mediated by the magnetic interactions that tie with the "exchange bias" in Pt/NiO/CoFeB, in contrast to the thermal-magnon-mediated scenario at high temperatures.

Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the implant stability of Bredent Sky Blue implants of different diameters following one stage sinus lift procedure.
Material And Methods: This study included 9 male patients with an existing indication for unilateral or bilateral sinus lift procedure. As grafting materials, combination of allograft material MinerOss® cortical & cancellous and Ossceram nano were used.
Purpose: The aim of the study was to analyze the amount of maxillary and mandibular crestal bone loss around Bredent Sky Blue type of implants of different dimensions one year after implantation.
Materials And Methods: 36 implants of diameter 3.5 x 10 mm were inserted in the maxilla and 12 in the mandible.
We have measured the Hall effect on recently synthesized single crystals of the quasi-one-dimensional organic conductor TTF-TCNQ (tetrathiafulvalene-tetracyanoquinodimethane), a well known charge transfer complex that has two kinds of conductive stacks: the donor (TTF) and the acceptor (TCNQ) chains. The measurements were performed in the temperature interval 30 K < T < 300 K and for several different magnetic field and current directions through the crystal. By applying the equivalent isotropic sample approach, we have demonstrated the importance of the choice of optimal geometry for accurate Hall effect measurements.

While no spin Hall effect is observed without Ir impurity, the spin Hall resistivity of CuIr increases linearly with the impurity concentration. The spin Hall angle of CuIr, (2.

High-mobility conduction is observed at low deposition oxygen pressures (P(O2)<10(-5) mbar) and has a three-dimensional character. However, at higher P(O2) the conduction is dramatically suppressed and nonmetallic behavior appears.

These TMR experiments have been performed on magnetic tunnel junctions associating Co-LSTO and Co electrodes. Extensive structural analysis of Co-LSTO combining high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy excluded the presence of Co clusters in the Co-LSTO layer and thus, the measured ferromagnetism and high spin polarization are intrinsic properties of this DMOS.
